Landlord-Law (www.landlordlaw.co.uk) is an online legal information service for residential landlords and tenants (in England and Wales UK), written by solicitor and author Tessa Shepperson. It is helpful for landlords, tenants and advisors.
Landlords:
The Landlord-Law site will be of interest and use to all landlords. However it will be particuarly helpful if
