Information about Law Reform on the Landlord-Law site
Landlord-Law (www.landlordlaw.co.uk) is an online legal information service for residential landlords and tenants (in England and Wales UK), written by solicitor and author Tessa Shepperson.
The Law Reform section
Law is rarely static and in a politically charged area of law such as housing, there are frequent calls for reform.
For example for some years the Law Commission has been carrying out a major project on various aspects of housing law. You can find the reports and consultation documents in the Law Reform section of Landlord-Law, together with other reports and consultations on housing law matters.
For some consultations, we at Landlord-Law have posted online questionnaires for our visitors to use to respond, and summaries of their answers can also be found online.
